We offer shipping and delivery services across the Canada Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time and fees.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and cleared
Custom or special-order trailers may require additional processing and production time
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for shipment or pickup

6. Delivery Requirements
Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large transport vehicles
Someone must be present to receive and inspect the trailer upon delivery

7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your trailer:
Carefully inspect for any visible damage or discrepancies
Note any issues on the delivery receipt before signing
Take photos of any damage and report immediately
Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for claims.
8. Risk of Loss
Ownership and responsibility for the trailer transfer to the customer:
Upon delivery and acceptance
Or upon pickup if the customer arranges their own transport
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect address
Inaccessible location
Customer unavailability
Additional delivery attempts may result in extra fees.
10. Pickup Policy
Customers choosing pickup:
Must schedule an appointment in advance
Must present valid identification
Are responsible for ensuring proper towing capability and compliance with local laws
