  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and cleared

  • Custom or special-order trailers may require additional processing and production time

  • Customers will be notified once their order is ready for shipment or pickup

  • In-house delivery services (when available)

  • Customer pickup from our designated location

Shipping method selection may depend on the trailer size, destination, and customer preference.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or carrier issues.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large transport vehicles

  • Someone must be present to receive and inspect the trailer upon delivery

  • Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required at delivery


7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your trailer:

  • Carefully inspect for any visible damage or discrepancies

  • Note any issues on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Take photos of any damage and report immediately

Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for claims.


8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for the trailer transfer to the customer:

  • Upon delivery and acceptance

  • Or upon pickup if the customer arranges their own transport


9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Inaccessible location

  • Customer unavailability

Additional delivery attempts may result in extra fees.


10. Pickup Policy

Customers choosing pickup:

  • Must schedule an appointment in advance

  • Must present valid identification

  • Are responsible for ensuring proper towing capability and compliance with local laws


11. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
